In 2019, we introduced the 4 day work week, offering staff the opportunity to balance personal life whilst also remaining on top of work commitments. Looking to work from home? We also allow remote working arrangements, offering the ultimate flexibility for our team.

When in the office our team enjoy the perks of team lunches, snacks, coffee & drinks. We always start the day with a company-wide morning check-in whether it be in person or via zoom. Looking for daily recognition? Our staff reward coworkers with daily taco awards to show their appreciation of great work. We also host weekly 'Get to know you' break out sessions to help new and existing staff get to know each other.

Our staff's happiness is our number one priority. We have a dedicated team called the Culture Club that is committed to organising and running social events throughout the year to bring our team together. But it doesn't stop there, when working from the office, we take our dogs on 3pm walkies, we also hold weekly bakeoffs and regular Friday afternoon drinks.
