Agile Design Process
In order to deliver a state-of-the-art product, VERSA worked hand in hand with the MONA team using our Agile methodology to design and develop in iterative sprints.
Through this process our creative, strategy and development teams were able to gain a deeper understanding of the user groups and their needs and challenges, as well as an understanding of MONA’s identity, vision and creative ambition.
A series of Show and Tells sessions were planned to showcase progress and guide users through prototypes.

Improving a digital presence and strategy
VERSA led the development of a new website that would encompass the MONA’s eccentric vision but also allow users to easily make purchases, find information about what is on and experience the immersive journey of the museum.
The end result was a digital solution which encapsulated MONA and delivered an exceptional user experience including a ticketing system, eCommerce system, transportation system and packaging system.
